Fateh Care Charity was founded in Victoria, British Columbia, is a Canada based ‘Care Start-up’ providing support currently in Victoria, BC area focusing on elderly, specially-abled, low-income families, older adults and seniors, LGBTQ2SIA+, those experiencing homelessness as well as to people who are looking for a helping hand and they don’t know where to go.

The organization was founded by two community oriented visionaries Harjas Singh Popli and Dr. Navneet Kaur Popli in 2021, who were struck in the mayhem caused by Covid-19 pandemic.

Operating in British Columbia province of Canada, Fateh Care Charity has been helping people on Vancouver Island since May 2021.

How we help

Mobile Food Bank

One of its kind in Canada, the free mobile food bank is available to all those who are struggling for food and also do not have transport to go out and buy.

Experience sharing with New Immigrants

Being new immigrants ourselves, we empathize and completely understand the challenges a person/family goes through when they are new to the country. We can therefore guide them about practical ways to navigate the system and settle well in Canada.

Mr. Harjas Singh Popli

Founder and Executive Director

Harjas Singh Popli is the founding Director of Fateh Care Charity. Post completing his engineering, Mr. Popli did MBA and later completed Post Graduate Certification in HR Management from XLRI. He also holds a CPHR designation in Canada and holds a Labour Relations certificate from BCIT. He is a seasoned HR professional with 19 years of rich experience understanding people, their concerns/requirements and providing result oriented solutions. He headed Human Resources function at BM Netsol India before moving to Canada in 2020. He is now associated with Chardikla Time TV-North America and Khalsa Schools of BC.

Dr. Navneet Kaur Popli

Board Member and Chair

Dr. Navneet Kaur Popli is the co-founder of Fateh Care Charity. Dr. Popli is an Assistant Teaching Professor at University of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. Dr. Popli has an overall teaching experience of 17 years in the IT field. She has many research papers to her credit and has been an active speaker in international conferences.
